A specialist in prunes, dried fruits, and condiments for over 60 years, France Prune is a cooperative agricultural and agri-food group.
Based in the South-West of France, we bring together 280 member farms and more than 15 brands, including Maître Prunille, our historic brand.

PROFESSIONAL EQUALITY INDEX

Professional equality between women and men is a critical issue within corporate social responsibility.
Maître Prunille has incorporated a company agreement on professional equality into its global Human Resources management policy, implemented across the Economic and Social Unit.

The agreement, signed in 2021 for a renewable three-year period, focuses on the following priority areas:

  • Recruitment
  • Professional promotion
  • Access to employment
  • Work-life balance

 

The professional equality index is a tool to calculate wage disparities between women and men within the company. It was designed to end professional inequalities.

For 2024, we achieved a score of 79/100.



The 2024 rating results from necessary adjustments to categories and professions that have evolved over the campaign, and where the distribution of male and female employees, due to the nature of these roles, is not uniform. The company pays the utmost attention to ensuring equal employment and treatment, as demonstrated by previous indexes. The 2025 campaign should not be affected by the same circumstances, and the company will continue to pursue its gender equality objectives.
