Samosas with soft figs and goat

Enjoy these sweet and savory samoussas with figs and goat cheese, perfect for an aperitif or as a starter, for 4 people.

Ingrédients
  • 200 g of soft figs – Maître Prunille
  • 150 g fresh goat cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 10 sheets of brick
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh coriander
  • Salt & pepper
Step 1: The filling

Cut the figs into pieces and mix them with the fresh goat.

Mince the onion and coriander, then add to the goat-fig mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Folding

On a clean work surface, fold the brick sheets in half lengthwise and place a portion of the soft fig and goat mixture on one end.

Fold the brick sheet into a triangle by folding the filling inside.

Step 3: Cooking

Brush the samosas with a little olive oil and bake them for 15 minutes in a 200°C oven or 5 minutes on each side in a skillet.

Serve the samosas crispy and hot with a little fresh lemon.
