Goat cheese balls with dried fruit

Bring a touch of originality to your appetizers with our goat cheese meatballs with dried fruits, tasty and elegant bites. Easy to prepare, they combine the sweetness of cheese with the crunchy texture of dried fruits.

Ingrédients
  • 200 g fresh goat cheese
  • 4 tablespoon(s) minced herbs (chives, parsley, chervil, basil…)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) of chopped pistachios – Maître Prunille
  • 2 tablespoon(s) of chopped hazelnuts – Maître Prunille
  • 2 tablespoon(s) of chopped cranberries – Maître Prunille
  • 2 tablespoon(s) of chopped grapes – Maître Prunille
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Step 1: Prepare the cheese

In a bowl, crush the cream cheese with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil, pepper and a little salt.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and mix well.

Step 2: Coat the dried fruit

Place pistachios, hazelnuts, cranberries and grapes in 4 separate cups. Form 16 small dumplings of cream cheese and roll 4 dumplings in each cup.

Step 3: Prepare and serve

Put a wooden spike into each meatball and serve chilled.
