Treat yourself to our Roast Camembert with Dried Fruit, a melt-in-your-mouth tasty starter that combines the creaminess of the cheese with the crunchy texture of the dried fruit. Perfect for a convivial aperitif or a cocooning evening! Quick and easy to prepare.

  • 5 Maître Prunille roasted hazelnuts
  • 5 Maître Prunille walnut kernels
  • 1 camembert cheese
  • 2 handfuls Maître Prunille cranberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh thyme
Preparation

To begin, lightly crush the hazelnuts and walnuts to release their full flavour. Remove the packaging from the Camembert and put the cheese back in its box.

Using a knife, square the Camembert and then cover it with honey.

🔥 Place the tin without its lid in aluminium foil. Heat your oven to 180°C then bake for 20 min. It’s ready, you can enjoy it with bread!
