Start your day with this creamy porridge with pear, coconut and flaked almonds. A tasty, balanced recipe, ideal for a healthy, energy-packed breakfast.
Start by cutting a pear in half, then slice one half into thin strips and the other into small cubes. Set aside.
In a saucepan, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, honey and milk with your diced pears.
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes over a low heat, adding the grated coconut and adjusting the consistency with milk if necessary.
