Pear, coconut and flaked almond porridge

Start your day with this creamy porridge with pear, coconut and flaked almonds. A tasty, balanced recipe, ideal for a healthy, energy-packed breakfast.

  • Slivered almonds – Maître Prunille
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut – Maître Prunille
  • 50 cl coconut milk (or almond, hazelnut or animal milk)
  • 80 g rolled oats
  • A little cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional and if needed)
  • 1 pear
Step 1: Preparing the pears

Start by cutting a pear in half, then slice one half into thin strips and the other into small cubes. Set aside.

Step 2: Cooking the porridge

In a saucepan, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, honey and milk with your diced pears.

Cook for 3 to 5 minutes over a low heat, adding the grated coconut and adjusting the consistency with milk if necessary.

Step 3: Finishing and serving

Spoon the porridge into a bowl, garnish with pear slices, flaked almonds and grated coconut. And it’s ready! 😋
