Make a delicious homemade pesto in no time with Maître Prunille’s pine nuts!

  • 55 g Maître Prunille pine nuts
  • 40 g fresh basil leaves
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Step 1: Preparation

To start, use a grater to reduce the parmesan into fine crumbs. Then, peel the garlic clove, cut it in half and remove the germ.
Then, in a blender, mix the basil, garlic and pine nuts. Add the parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice and mix for a few seconds. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Ready!

Step 2: Conservation

Keep cool for up to a week with a little olive oil.
