Ingrédients
  • 100 g of Pruneaux d’Agen pitted – Maître Prunille
  • 50 g pine pinion – Maître Prunille
  • 100 g fresh goat
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 4 thin slices of ham
  • 50 g of rocket
  • 50 ml liquid cream
  • 1 branch of parsley
  • Salt and pepper
Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, crumble the fresh goat cheese and add the cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Chop a branch of parsley and mix.

Step 2

Spread the puff pastry in a pie pan. Evenly distribute the goat and parsley mixture over the pastry.
Arrange the pitted Agen prunes and sprinkle with pine nuts Maîre Prunille.

Step 3

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the pie is golden brown.

Step 4

When you come out of the oven, place a few thin slices of ham on top of the pie, as well as some rocket leaves. Add a drizzle of olive oil to finish.

Serve hot or warm, and enjoy! 😋
