  • 300g Maître Prunille pitted prunes
  • 200 ml water
  • 40 g honey
  • 20 g sugar
  • 2 puff pastries
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Étapes

To begin with, soak the prunes in water for an hour. Then drain them and cut them into pieces.

In a saucepan, bring the water to the boil and add the prunes. Simmer until the water has reduced by half.

Stir in the honey and sugar and continue to cook until the syrup thickens. Stir in the lemon juice and leave to cool.

Once the mixture is ready, spread it onto a puff pastry, then layer a second pastry, carefully sealing the edges.

🔥 Refrigerate for an hour and bake at 200°C for 35 minutes.
