Morning Bowl with Prunes and Dried Fruit

  • 15 g Maître Prunille julienne pitted prunes
  • 50 g fromage frais
  • 45 g muesli
  • 5 g honey
  • 10 g Vitalmix Energy dried fruit mix
  • 130 g Maître Prunille pitted prunes
  • 100 g jam sugar
Step 1: Preparing the Agen Prune jam

Soak the prunes in warm water for 6 hours. Drain and cut into pieces.
Pour 60 cl of water into a jam pan, add the sugar and bring to the boil.
Add the prunes, bring back to the boil, skim and cook gently for 15 minutes. Pour into jars.

Step 2: Preparing the cottage cheese with prunes

Mix the fromage blanc with 2 tablespoons of Agen prune jam.

Step 3: Assembly

Place 70 g of the fromage blanc and jam mixture in a bowl.
Add the muesli.

Step 4: Finishing

Drizzle with acacia honey, add 10 g of dried fruit and the julienne of Agen prunes.
