The fruit of fitness par excellence, the Agen Prune is the ideal starter food for breakfast. Its carbohydrate content makes it a real “”energy stack”” to get you off to a good start, and the variety of its nutrients means that people who don’t eat much in the morning can cover a large part of their fibre, vitamin and mineral requirements with just one food. A godsend for those in a hurry!
Soak the prunes in warm water for 6 hours. Drain and cut into pieces.
Pour 60 cl of water into a jam pan, add the sugar and bring to the boil.
Add the prunes, bring back to the boil, skim and cook gently for 15 minutes. Pour into jars.
Mix the fromage blanc with 2 tablespoons of Agen prune jam.
Place 70 g of the fromage blanc and jam mixture in a bowl.
Add the muesli.
Drizzle with acacia honey, add 10 g of dried fruit and the julienne of Agen prunes.
