Discover a delicious recipe for energy bars with Agen Prunes, hazelnuts, cashew nuts and almonds, ideal to accompany your sports sessions. Simple to make and full of flavour, this recipe is perfect for healthy, nourishing snacks that will give you a boost before or after exercise.
Using a food processor, blend the stoned Agen Prunes with the hazelnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, honey and water until smooth.
Transfer the dough to a rectangular tin lined with baking paper. Press down with your fingertips to even out the mixture at the bottom of the tin.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Next, using a knife, cut out rectangles of the desired size.
Wrap the bars in baking paper and tie with string.
This recipe makes around 8 to 10 bars. Feel free to double the proportions to obtain more bars.
Store in an airtight tin in the fridge.
